One of the most important parameters for the perfect wine storage is the temperature in the given environment. Fluctuations in the temperature have a direct influence on the conservation of the precious drops.
The climate control devices Wine Master from firma Fondis provide the perfect and most importantly a constant ideal temperature between 12°C and 14 °C. Pre-requisite is however, that the premises (wine cellar) are well isolated (walls, ceiling, doors, windows, etc.), like for instance with Styrofoam or Styrodur.
Important as well is that the cooling capacity of the device is sufficient for the size of the room. The Wine Master device IN 25 has a cooling capacity for rooms with a maximum of 25 m³; the device IN 50 has a cooling capacity for rooms with a maximum of 50 m³ accordingly. The most special feature about these devices is that they are installed completely inside your wine cellar. On the outside wall only a small opening from the air-flow pipe (Ø 15 cm) is visible. The IN devices have electrical power from 500 until 1200 W and operation noise is 43 decibels, and 53 decibels accordingly.
