We will send the merchandise, if available, on the same day or at the latest, the day after your order has been proccessed. In case you have a particular wish for a delivery time, please send this information along with the order.

Delivery charges within the UK

Package delivery within the United Kingdom: £6.95
In exceptional cases, in which the products do not conform to shipment standards, it will be necessary to deliver per freight. In this case, we charge a flat rate of £31.90 per delivery.
The freight items are marked with this symbol . The symbol refers to the shipping of one single item. The delivery costs (package & bulk goods) only refer to the mainland. Deliveries to isles can be arranged upon request.
The Shipping via forwarding is only to curbside. On request and at an additional cost we can arrange the delivery at the required location.
The delivery of wine racks made of stone is only available upon request. Our return policy does not apply to stone wine racks.

Deliveries to Switzerland and countries abroad

We deliver to following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Slovenia and Czek Republic. Deliveries to any other foreign countries are not possible. For deliveries to countries outside the European Community there are extra import / export charges, value added tax, etc. which we are not able to collect or invoice.
