Our goal is to ship goods to the customer as soon as possible after ordering. A large part of our range is in stock, the delivery times of products not in stock can be found on the respective product pages. For larger order quantities, the delivery dates may differ from the dates indicated in the store.


Rising transport costs due to Brexit have unfortunately forced us to increase our delivery prices. The amount charged to the customer is only a fraction of the actual cost and we are comitted to keeping this as low as possible.

For parcel deliveries to mainland United Kingdom we charge a flat rate of £24.95 per order.

The articles marked with a are considered bulk goods and the transportation cost is a flat rate of £99.95 per order. The symbol refers to the shipping of one single item.
The delivery costs (package & bulk goods) only refer to the mainland. Deliveries to isles can be arranged upon request.

The shipping via forwarding service/freight is curbside delivery only.

The delivery of wine racks made of stone is only available upon request. Our return policy does not apply to stone wine racks.

There may be extra import / export charges, value added tax, etc. which we are not able to collect or invoice.

We accept many convenient payment methods. You have a choice between Paypal, credit card or pre-payment.

Pay with the high security offered through your Paypal account. We will charge you corresponding to the payment methods in your account. To use this method you need a Paypal-Account.

Credit Card
Pay conveniently and securely via credit card (MasterCard, Visa). The amount due will be on hold once you have placed your order and will not be charged to your credit card until the merchandise has be dispatched.

"MasterCard SecureCode" and "Verified by Visa" work as follows: if you wish to pay per credit card, a code and/or password verification will provide more security to your transaction. An extra field appears for you to key in the secret code / password which are scrambled and sent directly to the credit card Company for verification. If you do not have a code or password, contact your credit card company.

If you wish to return a purchased item, regardless of reason, the full amount will be refunded/credited to your PayPal account or credit card. For more detailed information refer to Casa Select return policy in Terms & Conditions.

After the order transaction has been completed, the customer may transfer the total due amount to the company’s business bank account. As soon as payment confirmation is received, the order will be dispatched immediately
